Limited Capacity - Due to the small size of the studio, and in accordance with CDC/SC DHEC recommendations, class size will be limited to four students per class. It is very important that you sign up online or contact us in advance to ensure your spot in class is reserved.
The safety of our clients is our highest priority. Recommended social distancing and safety guidelines will be followed. As such, we will not be able to offer hands-on assists or the use of bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets and eye pillows. We will have sanitized yoga mats available but it is recommended that you bring your own. While it is recommended that you bring your own water bottle, we will have complementary water bottles available in lieu of our normal water dispenser. Please contact the studio with any questions.
We are a small and locally owned yoga studio in Fort Mill, SC. Here at 8th Limb Yoga, our classes are small and are designed with the students development specifically in mind.
At 8th Limb, you will find that we have more beginner yoga / gentle yoga classes than anyone in town! This is because it is our passion to introduce the benefits of yoga to people that are new to it. We understand that starting a yoga routine can be intimidating. We endeavor to create a very comfortable and welcoming environment for new yoga students and to create a sense of ease.
We offer a variety of classes for every level which include chair yoga, gentle yoga, beginner yoga, slow flow, vinyasa flow, power yoga, power sculpt, deep stretch, candlelight yoga, hot yoga and restorative yoga.
We realize how busy and crazy life can get and we want your experience to be just what you need to help you feel great and power through your day. We strive keep our space light-hearted, easy-going, and fun! Here we want to you find a haven away from the stress of life - a space to be free and unwind!
Private Instruction - In addition to our scheduled studio classes, we offer personalized one-on-one instruction. These sessions are great for any level. Whether you are a beginner and want to learn the basic poses at your own pace, or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your postures and deepen your practice, this is the space for undivided, personalized instruction. Paddleboard Yoga - We offer seasonal paddleboard yoga sessions on Lake Wylie. These sessions are tailored for the students experience level and can be one-on-one, or in small groups.
